The service here was excellent. I went to another car shop in Columbia and they told me I had a nail in my tire and it was on the side wall and couldn’t be patched and needed to be replaced. I found this location which is closer and Otto told me that my tires were perfect and didn’t need to buy a new tire and that he would patch if for me. He was so genuine and honest and looked out for me and my pockets. I’ve bought 2 new sets of tires in a year and I was over it lol so he really came in clutch. They also had a cell phone charging station which I don’t know why that made me excited but I appreciate details like that especially if you have to sit and wait for a service to be completed

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I came to this shop on April 7th for a rear left tire on my 2019 Toyota Highlander and was charged $75. I was told the tire was new. Not long after, I noticed the tire was leaking air. When I returned, I was asked for a receipt. I showed proof, including a picture of it, but was still told nothing could be done. I even offered to settle the situation by paying the discounted price of $65, but the shop refused to take responsibility or help resolve the issue. I also have serious concerns that the tire installed may not have been new as stated. Overall, the service felt dishonest and unprofessional. No accountability, no effort to fix the problem, and no respect for the customer. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

We had an issue with a tire off the rim and needed to replace it with a good used tire. We found JF Tire Service on line, run by two brothers Otto and Vladimir, and they had the used tire size we needed in stock for our van and quoted a very reasonable price! We went the following day and Otto changed the tire for the used tire and was he very professional and friendly. He did excellent work in just a short time and charged the expected price quoted over the phone. I would definitely go back to JF Tire Service in the future for any tire issues!

Excellent service at JF Tire Service. From the moment we arrived, the staff has always been friendly, professional, and honest. They have been changing the tires for our company vehicles, SJY Services INC, for over 5 years, and throughout that time they have proven to be reliable and consistent. They always clearly explain the options, the prices are fair, and the work is done quickly with excellent quality. You can truly see their experience and commitment to their customers. We highly recommend JF Tire Service and will definitely continue working with them. Thank you for so many years of excellent service!
